Is the wheel fair?

Each result comes from crypto.getRandomValues, the random source browsers use for encryption, with rejection sampling so that no pocket is favoured. The animation only shows the ball reaching the number already drawn.

Can a strategy beat roulette?

No betting system changes the house edge of a single bet. A strategy changes how a session plays out: frequent small wins or rare big ones, and how long a balance lasts. That is exactly what you can test here without risk.

What are call bets?
