- Bet the Ante, and Pair Plus if you want it.
- You and the dealer get three cards each, the dealer’s face down.
- Look at your hand. Play by adding a Play bet equal to the Ante, or fold and give up the Ante.
- The dealer turns over and needs a Queen high or better to qualify.
- Bets are settled as in the table below. The Ante bonus and Pair Plus are paid on your own hand, whatever the dealer holds.

Ante bonus and Pair Plus
Two payouts depend only on your own cards. The Ante bonus is paid when you play a straight or better, even if the dealer beats you. Pair Plus is paid on a pair or better, even if you fold.

When to play or fold: Queen-6-4
Play every hand of Queen-6-4 or better and fold the rest. Compare card by card: Q-7-2 plays because 7 beats 6, Q-6-3 folds because 3 is below 4, and K-3-2 always plays. Checked on each of the 22,100 hands you can hold, this rule always makes the choice that loses the least.
Following it, you play 67.4% of your hands and the house keeps 3.37% of your Ante, or 2.01% of all the money you bet on Ante and Play.
