How the Chernyshov system works

Watch the colours. When the last three spins are all red, bet 1 unit on black; all black, bet on red. A zero breaks the streak and the count starts again.

After a loss, triple the stake: 1, 3, 9, 27, 81 units. A win recovers the cycle and more: +1 at the first bet, +2 at the second, +5 at the third, +14 at the fourth. Then wait for a new streak of three.

Three reds do not make black more likely

After three reds, black still has 18 chances in 37, 48.6%, as on any other spin. Waiting for a streak decides when you bet, not what comes out, so the house edge stays 2.70% of every bet.

Five losses in a row happen in 3.57% of cycles and cost 121 units; the 6th bet is 243. In the tester, with 1,000 to start, 5 per unit, 100 spins and a 500 table maximum, 75% of sessions end in profit, 15% run out of money, and the average session loses 23.
